Frequently Asked Questions
Practical answers to common questions about Dutch internet contracts, speeds, and installation.
When you sign a 1-year or 2-year contract with participating providers (such as Odido or KPN) via Mobiel.nl, you can choose a premium welcome gift (such as a Nintendo Switch 2, iPad, Dyson Airwrap, or Samsung Smart TV) instead of cash discount. The gift is shipped directly to your Dutch address after your first month's payment is completed.
Yes. If you prefer cash, you can opt for up to €200 cashback directly deposited into your Dutch or European IBAN bank account. This effectively lowers your real average monthly broadband bill.
Once you have ordered, the promotional price and its duration are part of your contract, so they apply for the stated period (typically 6 to 14 months). Before you order, promotions can change or end at any time, so always confirm the offer on the order page.
